4 nights away on the wild Pacific West Coast to fall in rhythm with yourself and the season.THE WYLD SZN RHYTHM & RETURN RETREAT
Imagine - you wake up rested with nowhere to be, unhurried.
The morning air hangs quiet and still. All you can hear are the waves and the birds.
You make your way down to the warm kitchen where a pot of fresh broth is simmering.
You fill yourself a mug, grab a cozy blanket from the couch, and head out to sit at the beach. The grass feels dewy and fresh under your bare feet. The air smells of moss and salt, pine and earth, laced with the sweet tang of seaweed.
You find a seat on a driftwood log, tucking the blanket around your legs. Steam rises from your mug and you feel calm, the kind that makes your bones exhale.
Your shoulders drop, as you listen to the ocean breathe in long, even pulses. A pair of seagulls call overhead. Time loosens at the edges, and you can feel yourself breathing deep breaths again.
Your thoughts wander and settle. Nothing demands immediate action. You have no responsibility to anyone but yourself for the next 3 days.
And your phone is nowhere to be found.
And it feels like the relief your Being has been craving.
The sun lifts higher and the light rearranges itself on the waves. You gather the blanket around you and head back up to the lodge where a fire is lit in the hearth.
The women are setting out their yoga mats for a fascial release practice before brunch. The day holds nothing but nourishment, nature, connection, and soul-filling WYLD medicine.
You are leaning into the turn of the Fall season, letting your body calibrate to the rhythms of the earth, and it feels like home.
Welcome to the vibration of WYLD SZN.
THE RETREAT
This is real feminine self-care:
Co-regulating with nature. Eating in rhythm with the land. Moving daily outdoors, rain or shine. Choosing seasonally harvested, locally hunted and foraged foods.
Gathering with women. Detoxing from EMFs and rebalancing dopamine. Resting, creating, receiving, remembering.
WYLD SZN is an embodied preparation for winter—rather than escaping to distant sunny shores, we return to the medicine of the wheel.
Here your body finds rhythm again: supported, rooted, and wild.
This retreat is for you if:
You're done putting yourself last.
You pour so much into your family, your work, your community, and sometimes it feels like you’re scraping the bottom of your reserves.
Your body is craving minerals and deep sustenance, to be held, to gaze into firelight and starlight, to sleep really well.
Come.
Let someone else cook for you.
Reduce your decision making load by 90%.
Immerse yourself in nature, linger in slow mornings, have inspiring conversations - and experience how well you feel when you get back to the original medicines.

The Delicious Details
All meals are included.
Heidi from Nourished To Go will be the kitchen witch for our gathering. She is a Holistic Nutritionist who prioritizes local, seasonal, and foraged food. She will be caring for you with deeply nourishing meals, snacks, and elixirs.
The emphasis for this weekend is on ancestral foods - the kind our bodies crave and need.
We will accommodate food intolerances and vegetarians, but this is not the retreat for you if you are vegan.
Daily WYLD Method Practice
Expect a daily WYLD Method mat practice, as well as restorative sessions, incorporating fascial release, pranayama, and self-energy work.
The WYLD Method is a dynamic, elemental, rhythmic and primal practice that weaves dance, vinyasa, functional strength, and intuitive movement as body prayer.
There's NOTHING like taking your embodiment practice outdoors to receive the medicine of the elements - weather permitting, we will move in nature as well.
WYLD Woman Ritual
Franceska Alexandra, film photographer and visual storyteller, will join us to capture the WYLD woman essence of our weekend. In addition, a WYLD Femme group photo session - a creative ceremony to rewild, resurrect, and honour your innate Criatura and elemental nature.
Sarah Jade Gooding will offer morning Cha Dao Tea Ceremony. This is a beautiful practice of stillness, simplicity, and quiet kinship with the medicine of Tea. In connection to Self, Spirit, Nature, and community, sitting with tea offers an immersive, deeply healing, + meditative experience.

The WYLD Ethos:WYLD stands for When You Live Deeply.
It’s an invitation to live fully and be deeply resourced in your Being, to train for long-term vitality, to remember all that you already know.
WYLD is an embodied way of life that plugs you directly into Elemental Source Energy.
It’s a practice that makes you strong as you are spacious, more connected to your body and intuition than ever before.
It’s for the women who hold everything - the healers and mothers, the entrepreneurs and facilitators, the light workers and magic makers, the women who refuse to settle for this INORGANIC system we are being sold.
It’s how we move the needle toward an Earth that vibrates in symbiosis, reciprocity, community care, abundance, and conscious embodiment. It’s how we steward, through the vessels of our bodies, the world we wish to leave to our children.
The Earth, the Air, the Fire, the Water - Return.
“The psyches and souls of women also have their own cycles and seasons of doing and solitude, running and staying, being involved and being removed, questing and resting, creating and incubating, being of the world and returning to the soul-place.”
― Clarissa Pinkola Estés
What past WYLD students have said:
“Every practice has felt perfectly in time with what I need, and I have already experienced some profound breakthroughs. I received almost instant clarity… And I wept. Trusting in this clarity. Thank you.”
“Absolutely incredible, so deeply healing, I felt alive and sensual and so connected to myself. I even broke open and had a little cry at the end it was so needed. Thank you!!!!!!!!”
“I truly can't wait to share the transformation that has been happening for me in this container. It has kept me going and strong in ways that were so needed and not expected.”
About India
India is a creative, a channel, a leader, a mess, a mover, a feeler, a bridge between the modern and the mystical, offering women integrated, elevated movement medicine for mind/body/spirit.
She has steeped in the field of somatics for over 15 years, working as professional dancer and choreographer, a fitness professional, and as a yoga instructor and teacher trainer.
For 6 years she owned and operated a women’s empowered embodiment dance company called The STRUT Club.
She then created The WYLD Method, a unique practice that combines her years of study in energetics, functional movement, yoga, dance, and earth-based ritual.
As an Embodied Freedom Facilitator, India’s path of service is to support humans in lasting somatic reclamation, whole being health, and confident self-expression.
She creates spaces where we can come together as messy humans and re-pattern/release the lifetimes of systemic programming that have calcified over who we REALLY are.
